Release of Liability Form

All participants are required to electronically sign a Release of Liability at the time of booking. Your signature confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the waiver.

After booking, each participant will receive an email with a link to securely complete the waiver online before the scheduled event. You may also scan the QR code provided on this page to sign the waiver. To do so, you will need the reservation holder’s name, email address, or booking number.
If you are unable to complete the waiver electronically before your event, you may sign it onsite upon arrival, or print the form in advance and bring the completed copy with you.
